Livingroom with fireplace
From the livingroom you have a view straight to the sea. Here you can sit and watch otters, porpoises, whales and eagles. There is a fireplace and slate floors with heat for a comfortable indoor feeling.
The boathouse
In the boathouse is the sauna. There are also kayaks here for those who want an evening trip into the archipelago. Next to the boathouse there is a small beach from which you can swim.
Terrace
On the outside, there is a slate terrace. Many sunsets or lunches in the sun are enjoyed here. We also have outdoor furniture that can be used. A barbecue should also be available to have pleasant moments together outside.
The beaches
The sea is a stone's throw away. The sea surrounds the property from the south, west and north. When there is a lot of wind, you can feel the forces of nature at Lille Herstrand. We also have several beaches. A small one by the boathouse for bathing after sauna, we also have two large ones on the south side of the property. One facing the bay and one facing west.
An incredible archipelago
The area has hundreds of islets with a bustling wildlife. There are sandy beaches that you can have all to yourself and narrow straits that you can pass and see the sandy bottom and maybe a halibut lying around.

Our property has beaches and surroundings that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the silence, or for exploring nature on hikes along the mountains and moors.
Our modern and luxurious house has everything you need to feel at home, with five bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom to invite family and friends on vacation. Our house has large panoramic windows in the living room and kitchen, which give you the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular view of the sea from comfortable surroundings.
In the surroundings you will find everything you need to have an active holiday. You can explore the many islands and reefs in the area by boat, or take a paddle trip along the coast.
We offer the rental of a Kaasbøll 760 HT, a new and practical boat that is perfect for longer trips or sea fishing for halibut. A couple of kayaks and a gas grill are included in the rent. There are also several good fishing and diving spots in the immediate vicinity.
After an active day you can relax in our beautiful sauna with a lovely view of the northern lights or the midnight sun. After a sauna session, you can take a dip in the lake to cool off. We offer all of this to make your stay with us as pleasant and memorable as possible. Experience Lille Herstrand
"Fantastic location, both in terms of nature and wildlife. The location of the house was perfect for quiet days on the property or as a starting point for activities on the island or in the sea. Even in bad weather, the beautiful house with its tasteful decoration gave peace of mind. The sauna suitable suited the family sauna and was used daily, nice that we could cool off with a dip in the sea. Three days here was not enough, we would love to come back!"
