The Place
Lille Herstrand is an old fishing station at the far edge of Meløya in Helgeland. It is a place you return to, year after year — because there is something here you won't find many other places.
How to get here
Meløya is reached by ferry from Ørnes (about 25 min), which is about 1.5 hours south of Mo i Rana along the E6. From Oslo there are direct flights to Mo i Rana airport Røssvoll. Get in touch and we'll help with routes and ferry times — they vary by season.
Practical information
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. The cabins are fully equipped with bed linen, towels and everything you need to cook. Pets by arrangement. Smoke-free premises. The kitchen garden is shared by all guests.
